1. Electronic Artwork Data Format:

A. Show Plated-Through-Holes and Non Plated-Through-Holes
B. Show Blind and Buried Vias and in which layers (if required)

3. Electronic Rout and Milling Data Format:

A. All curved edges should be represented with a Gerber Arc Command and specify unit (mm/inch)
B. Array layout (if required)

4. Electronic Fab Drawing File Format :( should include below)

A. Manufacturing instructions (material type, thickness, finish, ect...)
B. Hole code information with symbols denoting finished hole size and tolerance.
C. Layer stack up. If the board is controlled impedance or dielectric, please provide this data.
D. Detail the fabrication drawing itself to include chamfer, slot, cut-out, and bevel dimensions if applicable.
E. Provide a second "Rout&Retain" or "Score" drawing if your boards are arrayed on a panel for assembly.

5. Electronic Aperture Lists:

Aperture list for Gerber data describing D Code information. This is not necessary if the Gerber data is extended.

6. Electronic Read-Me files:

A. Specs. of pcb, tolerance and requirements
B. May use our requirements as found on our web site under "on-line quotation form"
C. Color and type of solder mask
D. Color of silkscreen
E. Notes for Cross sectioning or Serialization
F. Impedance Control or differential Impedance Control Requirements and tolerance if any
G. Any other special requirements or instructions
